the purpose of this thing

The latest post from Lynn was very interesting to me (as most of hers are). What follows is a quote from said post.

"
Purpose ... With a dramatic social idealism, I hoped my blog would point readers to reflection--that my experiences would be translated into thoughts that might point those of my readers inward and Godward. My experience would only be a springboard to ideas much more universal and interesting.
"

The only thing in that quote that is not synchronous with my own blog is that I usually don't post experiences; I post my thoughts, but usually only the ones I consider 'deep.' When I do post my experiences (which I usually do not take the time to do), I do not hope that they would be translated into thoughts more lofty and beneficial. Those posts (of experiences) are merely for those who are interested in me and my life. Therefore, it obviously follows, I hope that the majority of my posts (about ideas and enlightenments) would be beneficial to all those who do not know me and do not care to learn about my life.

The End

hmmmmm ... I suppose this post was mostly for W.I.N. III and for sketch.

Hey--I'm honored to be quoted, even though you have a different perspective.

So, if my posts are interesting, why am I not on your "Blogs I Read" link?
